Great to meet you!

Starting my own private practice is the fulfillment of a goal I've worked toward for years — to build real, meaningful connections with the people I serve. As a nurse practitioner, I bring both clinical training and genuine curiosity to every session. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma, I'm here to listen first and partner with you in finding what works. My practice is built around you: your schedule, your comfort, and your goals. I look forward to meeting you where you are and helping you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I lead with listening. My approach is warm and collaborative — I take the time to understand your full picture before exploring medication or other supports. Every plan we build together reflects your goals, your comfort, and your readiness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's worked before, and what you're hoping to change. You don't need to have all the answers — just showing up is enough. We'll build from there, together.
