Great to meet you!

I’ve spent over a decade supporting children, adults, and families through life’s challenges with patience, care, and genuine presence. I’m deeply committed to helping you feel heard, understood, and valued. I’ve worked extensively with people of color, and I am especially passionate about empowering women to build strength, confidence, and resilience in their lives. My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe to share your story without judgment and begin to see your inherent capacity for growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in listening. I help you gain perspective on what you’re facing and guide you in identifying the strengths you already have—even if you don’t see them yet. We look at your life experiences, patterns, and priorities together so we can shape a path that feels real and meaningful for you. My work centers on supporting resilience, exploring what matters most to you, and building practical ways to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your background, what brought you here, and what you hope to achieve. You can expect a calm, supportive conversation where your voice matters. Together, we’ll talk through what feels most pressing and start outlining what support looks like for you. My goal is to help you leave that first session feeling understood, respected, and clearer about the direction you want to take.
