Great to meet you!

  • I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, individualized care for adults 18 and older. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, and OCD, and offer medication management, individual therapy, and family sessions when support at home would help. With a background in nursing and community mental health, I look beyond symptoms to understand each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I provide psychiatric care that combines thoughtful medication management with supportive counseling. We talk through what you’re experiencing, decide together what makes sense, and adjust as we go. My style is collaborative, clear, and practical. The goal is care that feels respectful and works in real life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s been going on your concerns, history, and goals. We’ll talk through possible options and start a plan that feels personalized and realistic. You can expect a calm, supportive space, time for questions, and clear next steps.
