I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, huge self care advocate, Wife and Mother. I have been in private practice since 2015 providing individual mental health counseling for individuals as young as 6 up to 65 , but has been operating in the mental health field since 2014.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I encourage my clients by being a beacon of hope and change, while empowering them to be their own “therapist” in a sense, I meet all my clients where they are and walk beside them on their mental wellness journey. My areas of expertise are Anxiety, Depression, Relationship concerns, Stress, and Trauma.
