Great to meet you!

With 37 years of experience as a clinician and advanced training, including a PhD from the University of Michigan, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families. I recognize that every person’s experiences, relationships, culture, identity, and circumstances are unique, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one that begins with feeling heard, respected, and understood. My approach is empowering, affirming, and open-minded, creating a supportive space where you can explore your concerns honestly, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-based and depth-oriented methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gestalt, Humanistic therapy, and behavioral approaches.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to navigate difficult experiences alone. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel understood, build on your strengths, and create meaningful and lasting change.
