Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing and mental health care.I’m passionate about supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and life transitions with thoughtful, personalized care. I value creating a calm, welcoming space where you feel respected, supported, and truly heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach is intentional, collaborative, and centered around the whole person. I take time to understand your experiences, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a plan that feels aligned and sustainable. When appropriate, I incorporate medication management along with guidance and education to support long-term well-being. My focus is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more balanced, grounded, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for you to feel heard and understood without pressure. We’ll take time to explore your concerns, history, and what you’re hoping to gain from care at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture while making sure you feel supported throughout the conversation. By the end, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels clear, manageable, and tailored to your needs.
