Great to meet you!

Many Black men are used to being the strong ones for everyone else, but rarely have a space where they can be heard, supported, and understood without judgment. I’ve spent years listening to Black men who feel like they have to carry everything on their own. Many of us were taught to stay strong, stay quiet, and keep pushing forward, no matter what they’re dealing with.

My approach to therapy

Over time, I’ve seen how that pressure builds, especially when it feels like no one truly understands what you’re going through. As a Black man and therapist, this work is personal to me.

I created my practice to be a space where Black men can be real, speak openly, and feel respected without judgment. You don’t have to have the right words or pretend you have it all figured out.

What you can expect from me

We can talk about stress, relationships, anger, fatherhood, purpose, or just feeling overwhelmed and tired of holding everything in.

I believe strength isn’t about suffering in silence. It’s about having a place where you can breathe, be heard, and start figuring out what peace and balance mean to you. If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone, I’m here to walk with you.
