Great to meet you!

My name is Onoriode Evwaraye, Ph.D., but I go by “Ono” for short. I take pride in being very approachable and down to earth, providing non-judgmental support for my clients. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in various settings. I’m confident that I can help you achieve the change that you seek.

My approach to therapy

Therapeutically, I use an approach that draws heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and Systems Theory. Professionally my interests include relationship issues, anxiety, family challenges, BIPOC populations, men’s issues, and imposter syndrome/sense of belonging.

I have a very relaxed and conversional approach. Together, we will explore the causes that contribute to the challenges you are facing and use this information to figure out the changes that need to be made to improve these challenge areas.
