Great to meet you!

Getting mental health support takes courage, and finding the right provider should not make that harder. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I bring a straightforward, grounded presence to every session. My practice is built around making care feel accessible and real, meeting you where you are rather than where you think you should be. I am licensed across multiple states and see clients via telehealth, so we can work together regardless of where you are located.

My approach to therapy

Care works best when it is built around you. I take time at the start to understand your history, your goals, and what has or has not worked before, and I shape our work from there. Sessions feel like a genuine conversation, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. I adjust my approach as you grow and as your needs evolve.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I will ask about what brought you in, what your life looks like right now, and what you are hoping to change or build. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. You can expect to feel heard and to leave with a clearer sense of what we might work on together.
