Great to meet you!

A lot of people who find their way to me have spent years feeling like the world was designed for someone else. I work with neurodivergent and queer people, including adolescents and adults, navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and questions around gender and identity. Many of my clients have spent a long time trying to fit into spaces that were not built for them, and they come to therapy not just to feel better but to understand their own unique needs more fully.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with you, and that is not just a saying. You know your own experiences better than anyone, and I take that seriously. You are always in the driver's seat, including when you decide you want me to take a more active role. Together, we work on getting clearer about what is actually driving your distress, learning to hold difficult experiences without being defined by them, and building toward a life that fits who you actually are. I work most often with clients where anxiety, ADHD, or OCD show up alongside each other, and with people working through trauma, gender identity, and what it means to live authentically as a queer person in the world.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is less about a formal intake and more about getting to know each other. We will talk through what has been going on, what feels most pressing, and what you would like to work on. That conversation is yours to lead, and it is just a starting point. Over time, as we build trust, our work will deepen and grow. If you are ready to feel more like yourself, I would love to connect.
