Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ozzie (Ohh-Zee) —a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 26 years of experience in healthcare. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and more.

In my practice, I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported. My approach blends therapy and medication management, always tailored to your unique needs and goals. I’m here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and to help you feel more like your true self.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to care—meaning we work together to understand what you’re going through and find the best path forward. I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs, whether that includes talk therapy, medication management, or both. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma, and I also focus on helping clients navigate life transitions and stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take steps toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to manage their mental health. I focus on helping you build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward your personal goals. Whether we’re working through emotional challenges, managing symptoms, or building confidence, my aim is to create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself and empowered to grow.
