Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring life’s challenges while developing the skills, insight, and confidence needed to move forward.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and unhelpful thinking patterns. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily stress, struggling in your relationships, navigating a life change, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide an opportunity for greater clarity, healing, and meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, and individualized to each client’s unique needs. I utilize Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Motivational Interviewing approaches to help clients feel seen, heard, better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as, identify stuck points and strengths to nurture change. Together, we work to identify barriers, build practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create sustainable changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

I believe every person has the capacity for growth and resilience. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to be present with you as you reconnect with your strengths, clarify your values and purpose, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a foundation for a comfortable, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to make the process feel welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment.

During your initial session, we will complete an initial clinical evaluation. This assessment helps me better understand what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal and family history, emotional and behavioral functioning, relationships, strengths, and the areas where you would like to see change. We will also discuss your goals for therapy and identify factors that may be contributing to your current challenges.

The initial evaluation is a conversation designed to help me understand your unique experiences and determine how I can best support you. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns about the therapy process, and discuss what you hope to gain from counseling.
