Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s Degree from the University of Tennessee and seven years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating OCD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment‐related challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is deeply shaped by my mountain heritage in Western North Carolina, where connection, resilience, and community are part of everyday life. I bring those values into therapy by offering a grounded, relational approach that centers trust, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you in. I’ll ask about your goals, your concerns, and what you need from therapy, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. By the end, we’ll have a shared sense of direction and a plan for how we’ll move forward together.
