Great to meet you!

Trained in psychodynamic theory with a family systems lens, I also integrate other approaches into my work including attachment theory and a developmental perspective. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, parents, and families from a wide variety of backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

Wanting something different, and struggling, is part of being human. We all find ourselves repeating patterns that are unhealthy or unhelpful. With my background in clinical social work and developmental psychology, I will work with you to understand how these patterns came to be and how you can create new ways of being in the world. Together, we will work to minimize stress and anxiety, find more effective ways of coping and affect the genuine change you desire.

What you can expect from me

At the core of everything I do is my belief in the centrality of relationships and that mutual respect, and a supportive connection is essential to any type of growth process. I am committed to providing an atmosphere of respect, compassion, and understanding in order to develop trusting and supportive therapeutic relationships.
