My approach to therapy

Pamela integrates counseling approaches in her sessions, such as person-centered, mindfulness-based, reality therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapies. During your sessions, Pamela will strive to balance mindful awareness, a genuine and empathic relationship with the client, and a collaborative effort to identify what changes a client can make to minimize emotional and behavioral disturbances.

Pamela's role as a counselor is to provide nonjudgmental support to help you reach your goals. She will assist you in your journey by facilitating the process of identifying and making changes to minimize any emotional and behavioral disturbances.
