Great to meet you!
Counseling is my third career. I spent years in the corporate world and co-owned a small business before finding my way to this work — and I think that path matters. I understand the pressure of managing competing responsibilities, the weight of financial and professional stress, and the particular exhaustion that comes with caring for everyone else while quietly neglecting yourself.
I'm also a spouse, a mother, a stepmother, and a grandmother. These aren't credentials — they're the lived context that shapes how I listen and what I understand without having to be told.
I've been practicing for 18 years and am licensed in Vermont, Massachusetts, and Maine. I work with adults on anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, BPD, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm currently accepting a small number of new clients — which means you'll get real, focused attention when we work together.
