Great to meet you!

Over my nursing career I have worked supporting adults and veterans across the psychiatric care continuum, I’ve worked in high-acuity emergency rooms, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and substance use recovery programs. This breadth of experience provides me with a rare, 360-degree view of mental wellness. It allows me to pinpoint root issues quickly, integrate thoughtful medication management with real-world coping strategies, and partner with you to build lasting stability.

I am offering treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood disorders, Identify and life transitions. LGBTQ+/, Queer Latina & Hispanic.

My approach to therapy

I believe in collaboration, you are the expert on your own body/life. We explore options together, discussing benefits, side effects and your personal preferences so you feel confident in your treatment plan. Offering treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD and life transitions.
