My approach to therapy
My Holistic approach addresses the spiritual, physical, mental, social, emotional, intellectual, and environmental wellbeing. I work collaboratively with you to help identify your strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving your goals. I believeI have over 15 years of experience working with adult women, whom have experienced trauma, stress, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and more. I was employed at the North Carolina Correctional Institute for Women (NCCIW) as the School Counselor in the Academic School Department: however, I presently became employed as a Family Therapist at Bright Path in Wake Forest, working with teens and adolescence.
I specialize in providing counseling services to women aged 18 and older. My practice focuses on addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, grief/loss, life, and relationship issues. I am committed to creating a supportive and culturally sensitive environment that empowers my clients to achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.that counseling is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world.
