Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Pam Millan (Pam). I want to congratulate you for taking a huge step by seeking help from a stranger. I understand how difficult that choice can be. Please know that I am committed to making this as comfortable and non-threatening as I can.

I have been providing therapy since 2005. I first worked in San Diego where I owned Life Skills Counseling, and also as a Program Director for School based programs. I now live in North Carolina and am the owner of Life Skills Therapy Center where I provide therapy as a licensed psychotherapist in California, South Carolina and North Carolina via telehealth. My goal is always to provide my clients with compassion, education, and my best efforts to help each person achieve the life they desire. I will give it my best effort if you do the same. I hope to meet you soon.

My approach to therapy

My first goal is to reassure you that I am here to help, not judge or preach. Your goal is my goal. You are in charge of what we talk about and what you want to achieve, Our mind is like a computer that gets programmed through every day of our lives in ways that we may not even be aware of. I am here to help you develop new programs to achieve the life you want I offer quick and easy ways to avoid the traps and navigate paths to healthier and happier relationships with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Goals for therapy are always centered around your wants and needs. My goal is to get you there as easily and quickly as possible. I want you to walk away understanding who you are, what you want and how to get there. This is your life and my only goal is to help you make it the best it can be.
