My background in medical Social Work helped to mold my current work with clients adjusting to life changes. In a mindfulness based approach I work to empower clients with tools to face stress related anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I work with motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in a style that meets clients where they are in life.

Each session is focused on sincere understanding with evidence based theory. Clients start with establishing goals to work toward in sessions. Throughout the process, clients will update and adjust their goals to meet their needs. Using a flexible yet structured approach, clients will focus on their needs as life changes.
