Great to meet you!

I am an LCPC, and a Registered Play Therapist with 30+ years of experience helping children and adults heal from trauma, including 5 years specializing in sexual abuse. I use evidence-based therapies like EMDR and Play Therapy to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, and overcome negative feelings about themselves related to the past.

My approach to therapy

Working through trauma is very personal and we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while learning coping skills specific to trauma. If you are ready, I invite you to reach out for a consultation call. I am inspired by transformation that is possible when people are given the right tools and support.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about creating safety and understanding your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s been challenging, what’s been helping, and what you hope for from therapy. I approach each client—child or adult—with curiosity and compassion, and together we’ll begin to build a foundation of trust and collaboration for your healing journey.
