Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, steady therapist (LCMSW) offering secure telehealth sessions from my private office. With over 10 years of experience, I help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, child behavioral issues, and anger issues. Clients often appreciate my calm presence and the practical coping tools I provide to help them feel more confident in daily life. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client‐centered, collaborative, and solution‐oriented. I listen deeply to understand each person’s experiences and needs, and I work alongside clients to identify clear goals and practical steps forward. I integrate coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, communication tools, and strengths‐based techniques to help clients build resilience and confidence.

I focus on creating a calm, structured environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions safely. I offer guidance that is both supportive and practical, helping clients understand patterns, develop healthier responses, and strengthen their ability to manage stress, relationships, and difficult emotions.

My style is steady, warm, and empowering. I believe therapy should help clients gain insight while also providing tools they can use outside of sessions to support long‐term growth and well‐being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where they can talk openly about what brought them to therapy. I begin with an initial assessment to understand their concerns, history, and current stressors. We explore the client’s goals for therapy and discuss what they hope to change, improve, or better understand.

Together, we collaboratively develop clear, realistic steps to help them move toward those goals. Clients often leave the first session with a sense of direction and a few initial coping tools or strategies they can begin using right away. My focus is on creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, grounded, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
