Great to meet you!

Our hardest seasons - anxiety, significant transitions, the quiet, personal realization that something has to change - don't have to be weathered alone. I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 45 years of clinical experience and will meet you exactly where you are. I've grown through seasons of my own and know what it takes to come through stronger. My clinical interest is supporting anxious adults through major life changes and nurturing personal growth. I'm drawn to beauty of all kinds, and my soul is fed by family, friends, laughter, good books, distance walking, and meals with Hatch green chiles.

My approach to therapy

I am warm, non-judgmental, and listen very well. I use humor as part of encouraging and empowering you. My approach draws from ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These are practical methods with real-life skills and traction. You'll learn to recognize and challenge the negative thoughts that fuel your anxiety. You'll practice skills to calm your mind and body, then turn that anxiety into healthy action. Our focus is on you thriving in your future, not just surviving.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on getting to know you: what's bringing you in, what's been most challenging, and what you want to be different in your life. You can expect to feel heard, supported, understood, and genuinely encouraged. Please reach out when you're ready. I'd love to connect.
