Great to meet you!

You deserve care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply personalized.

My approach is collaborative and holistic. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of your life - including stressors, relationships, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Whether you are seeking medication management, diagnostic clarity, or a more integrative approach to healing, we will create a plan tailored specifically to you.

Clients often describe my style as compassionate, thorough, and grounded. I believe in clear communication, shared decision-making, and ensuring you feel informed and empowered about your treatment options. My goal is not simply symptom reduction - it is helping you restore balance, confidence, and a meaningful quality of life.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we will build a path toward emotional stability, mental clarity, and overall wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I look at the whole person - not just symptoms. Mental health is influenced by biology, lifestyle, stress, relationships, medical conditions, and life experiences, so your care plan should reflect all of it.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with compassionate, patient-centered care. This means I take the time to truly listen, understand your story, and partner with you in making thoughtful treatment decisions. Whether we are discussing therapy strategies, medication options, or integrative supports, you will be informed, empowered, and involved every step of the way.

I value creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel heard. My goal is not simply symptom management - it is helping you regain clarity, stability, confidence, and a sense of control in your life.

You do not have to navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, or life stressors alone. Together, we will build a plan that supports your mental, emotional, and overall well-being in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe, welcoming space designed to understand you - not just your symptoms.

As a doctoral-prepared, dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Certified Psychedelic Provider, I bring advanced clinical training and years of experience to our work together. However, what matters most in our first meeting is that you feel heard, respected, and understood.

During this session, we will explore your current concerns, emotional experiences, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and personal goals. I take a thorough and holistic approach to ensure we understand the full picture of your well-being - biological, psychological, and social.

You can expect thoughtful questions, attentive listening, and collaborative discussion about possible next steps. If medication is considered, we will review options carefully, discuss benefits and risks, and ensure you feel comfortable and informed before making any decisions.

My goal in our first session is for you to leave feeling clearer, supported, and hopeful - with a structured plan tailored specifically to you. Healing is not one-size-fits-all. You deserve care that helps you feel balanced, empowered, and whole again.
