Great to meet you!

My biggest strength as a therapist is my authenticity and ability to be relatable. I am human; I don't consider myself to be above anyone else...

A little about me, I have over 12 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings and diverse backgrounds. I have worked within hospitals, treatment facilities, community mental health centers, non-profit organizations, schools, major health insurance companies, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

We have all had unique journeys. Why did we experience certain things, what was their significance in our lives, and how can we process and use our experiences to continue to grow? I believe that everyone experiences life differently and tailor my treatments accordingly. I offer Solution Focused, Existential, and Narrative therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, my main focus is understanding what's leading you to seek counseling, I promise it's not an interrogation! This is your time to share what's been occurring in your life, why you feel it's an issue for you, and how you believe I can be of the best assistance to you. My goal for all of my clients is that they feel heard, validated, and empowered to make the personal changes necessary for growth and healing.
