Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking this step for yourself. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who helps adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and substance use concerns. I offer medication management with a warm, down-to-earth style, and I take time to really listen so you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll move at your pace and create a simple, clear plan that fits your life and your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and practical. I see our work as a partnership: you bring your story and goals, and I bring clinical expertise in conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and substance use. I combine evidence-based medication management with education, coping strategies, and a focus on what is realistic for your life. I move at your pace, check in often about how treatment feels for you, and adjust the plan together so you feel supported, informed, and in control of your care.

What you can expect from me

n our first session, you can expect a relaxed, conversation-style visit where we simply get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you in, your symptoms, your history, and what you’d like to change, so we can understand the full picture together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at your pace, and you can always pause or ask questions. By the end of the session, we’ll talk through initial impressions and create a clear, next-step plan so you leave knowing what to expect moving forward.
