Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Many of my clients come to me feeling stretched thin — juggling demands at work, at home, or in their relationships, and quietly wondering when they'll get to feel like themselves again. I've spent much of my career in school and family settings, supporting people through stress, life transitions, and the kinds of relationship challenges that are hard to talk about anywhere else.

My approach to therapy

I work from a calm, grounded, Person-Centered approach — which means our first job is making sure you actually feel heard and understood, not put on a clinical conveyor belt. From there, I bring in CBT to help you notice the thought patterns that are keeping you stuck, and Solution-Focused strategies to build small, concrete wins toward what matters to you — managing stress, repairing relationships, or feeling more confident in your own decisions. I move at your pace and adjust as we go, based on what's actually helping.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an introduction — typically a bit shorter than a regular session, and there's no pressure to dive into anything you're not ready to share. I'll ask you about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to feel different in your life. You'll get to ask me anything, too — about how I work, what therapy actually looks like week to week, or whether I seem like a good fit for what you need. My goal is for you to leave feeling clear, comfortable, and hopeful about the next step.
