Hello, I am Patricia Comrie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting families, children and adults. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Virginia State University and my Master's from University of Maryland, specializing in Families and children. I strive to create a nurturing, judgment - free environment, to help rebuild confidence, heal from past trauma and strengthen connections in their lives. Together we will find a journey that works best for you and tackle stressors that are affecting your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, oppositional behaviors, life transitions or adjusting to new environments. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each clients unique needs. I use different approaches such as Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing ,Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
