Great to meet you!

When anxiety, stress, or life changes begin to feel overwhelming, it can be hard to quiet your thoughts or feel grounded in your day-to-day life. For over 20 years, I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and major life transitions. You might find yourself overthinking, struggling to relax, feeling emotionally drained, or caught in patterns that are hard to break. Others come in feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, flexible, and tailored to you. I draw from attachment-based work, CBT, and holistic practices to help you better understand your emotions, build coping tools, and strengthen your relationships. We may also explore how stress shows up in your body, daily habits, and overall well-being to support more lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Many clients begin to feel more clear, grounded, and connected to themselves as they move through therapy. You can expect a supportive space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and experiences while building practical tools that help you move forward with confidence and balance.
