Hi! I am a licensed mental health therapist, currently practicing in 5 states (NJ, NC, FL, GA and TX).

I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from LaSalle University, over 13 years ago.

My goal is to give you the tools needed to stop surviving, and start living an authentic life. In a safe and secure place, we will face the past, heal it and bring you to become the best version of yourself.

Having worked in the field for close to 23 years, I am able quickly get to the bottom of one's life challenges, and immediately develop effective coping mechanisms, so you can start to see improvement in your life right away.
