Great to meet you!

Patricia Krikorian, MSW, LCSW, CCTS

As a clinical mental health therapist and trauma specialist with over 25 years of experience, I bring professional expertise and personal insight to supporting individuals through trauma, loss, crisis and life transitions. I believe building new skills and recognizing our strengths can empower us to heal, grow and create meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and Christian Counselor. I help clients with PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and major life transitions using a diverse therapeutic toolkit including spirituality, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and motivational interviewing. My journey through community social services has equipped me to support individuals experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, substance use, developmental disabilities, and various forms of trauma, all while maintaining my core philosophy: healing may be difficult, but there are always opportunities to find joy as I help clients transform their pain into power—approaching even the darkest moments with compassion, expertise, and just the right touch of humor to make the journey worthwhile.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I specialize in adult trauma, using evidence-based practices and spirituality. From personal experience, I understand healing. Therapy means understanding who you've been, honoring what helped you survive and becoming who you are. In our work together, expect compassionate, supportive, collaborative care helping you move from surviving to living grounded and intentional.

What you can expect from me

Together we will identify limiting patterns and develop healthier coping skills. Expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space at your pace. My goal is helping you feel grounded, empowered and intentional. Healing does not mean forgetting what you've been through; it means your past does not define your future. You deserve a safe space where you feel heard, understood, encouraged, and empowered to grow. I would be honored to walk alongside you towards healing, self-awareness, and balance. If ready, please schedule an appointment today. You do not navigate this journey alone.
