Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. My approach is open-minded, empowering, and solution-oriented, with a focus on helping clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment.

I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and specialize in the treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and ADHD. My practice integrates evidence-based approaches with a holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to provide the highest quality of care. In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can work collaboratively to develop practical strategies that align with your goals and improve your overall well-being.

Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or looking to better understand yourself, I am here to partner with you on your journey toward improved mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, empowering, and solution-focused. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. I believe that each person’s experience is unique, so I take time to understand your concerns, goals, and preferences before developing a personalized treatment plan.

I use evidence-based practices and, when appropriate, incorporate medication management alongside supportive therapy and practical coping strategies. I focus on helping clients build insight, develop effective tools, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

I also take a holistic approach, considering how lifestyle, stress, and physical health can impact mental well-being. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life transitions, I work with you at your pace to support lasting and positive change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you in. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk through your current concerns, history, and goals so I can get a full picture of your needs.

Together, we’ll start identifying priorities and setting initial goals for treatment. We’ll also discuss possible next steps, which may include therapy strategies, coping tools, and/or medication if appropriate. By the end of the session, you can expect clarity, direction, and a collaborative plan moving forward.
