As a Person-Centered, Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, my main focus is always on your wants, needs, and personal desires. My goal is to help you recognize your strength, courage, and commitment to self, which will enable you to work through life's difficulties, become stronger, and move towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
