Great to meet you!

I am double boarded as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have many years of counseling experience with special interests in woman's issues, chronic health problems, depression/anxiety and mood disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary goal is to help individuals find wholeness through therapy. I am not prescribing medication at this time. I work with adults and have experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, individuals in recovery and those struggling with chronic health issues. As a veteran myself working with military active duty, their spouses and veterans is a special interest.

What you can expect from our first session

I am process oriented and offer skill building strategies to enhance self awareness and foster positive change. Together we create a safe space where we can collaborate with curiosity and mindfulness. A space where therapy enables a client to tap there strengths and develop psychologically.
