Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Provider with clinical experience dating back to 2016, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through complex emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I hold an MD from Washington University of Health and Science and completed additional graduate training at Northern Kentucky University. My clinical expertise spans anxiety, PTSD, grief, end-of-life care, stress management, mood disorders, ADHD, sleep disorders, chronic conditions, infertility, identity concerns, and women’s mental health. Outside of my practice, I am deeply committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and accessible care that honors each individual's lived experience and helps them build resilience, clarity, and sustainable growth.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational approach that helps you feel understood, supported, and empowered from day one. I view care as a collaborative partnership, bringing a warm, direct, and culturally attuned perspective to our sessions. I integrate evidence-based modalities—including Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Solution-Focused Therapy, and family-based approaches—tailoring every treatment plan to your unique goals, strengths, and background.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where your experiences are validated. We will explore your personal history, current challenges, and unique strengths to gain a clear picture of what brings you to care. Together, we will outline your goals and begin building a personalized, actionable plan for your healing and growth—ensuring you leave feeling heard, empowered, and clear on the road ahead.
