Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling like things are slipping out of control, you're in the right place. I'm Patrick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults — including those navigating depression, anger, OCD, and crisis situations. I have a natural ability to connect with clients quickly, and many people tell me they felt at ease from our very first conversation. I also offer sessions in English and Twi.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of Client-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Practice, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). That means I take the time to understand your unique situation and meet you where you are — addressing each concern with respect and genuine care. I'm not here to tell you what to do; I'm here to help you identify your own strengths and build the tools to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a nonjudgmental, welcoming space where you feel safe to speak openly. My goal from day one is to help you feel comfortable enough to trust the process and begin building the therapeutic relationship that makes real change possible.
