Great to meet you!

I have been Licensed as Clinical Social Worker since 2015 and love my work. I specialize in helping people resolve traumatic experiences but past work experience include a hospital setting, out-patient substance Abuse Counseling, in-home therapy with families and children, among others. I work with individual adult men and women.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy building rapport with my clients and try to keep a space where you can be yourself. I keep a light environment and ask lots of questions. Goals require plans and our work will have each to alert us to when you are successful!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is devoted discovery of your goals, strengths, challenges, and any previous efforts at working with a therapist (even ones that didn't seem to go so well). You can expect to feel listened to and ask as many questions as it pleases you. The first plan gets us started and we will assess your progress, together, from there on, make changes when needed, and keep the steps and interventions that seem to help the most.
