Great to meet you!

Do you want to make more permanent and lasting changes? As a psychologist with a deep commitment to meaningful, long-term change, I specialize in helping individuals uncover the unconscious patterns and early life experiences that shape their present-day challenges. Drawing from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic frameworks, my work focuses on exploring the underlying emotional and relational themes that often influence difficulties in relationships, career satisfaction, and achieving personal goals. Together, we identify and work through long-standing internal conflicts—bringing insight, healing, and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

Initially, I work with normalizing and validating how someone is feeling coming into a session, and explore thoughts and emotions that come up for them. As they are comfortable with moving forward, I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral strategies, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and/or psychodynamic modality (or possibly others). It really depends on the person, their experiences, and available coping skillsets, how I use the combination of strategies. If the individual is looking for deeper support or uncovering, I am well-versed in more complicated grief therapeutic models.

What you can expect from me

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In our sessions, you can expect open, honest conversations that empower you to make lasting, positive changes. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, process emotions effectively, and create a life that aligns with your values and goals.
