Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I look forward to providing a safe space for you to move forward toward goals that you choose.

My approach to therapy

My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore thoughts and beliefs that influence actions and patterns. As we develop a trusting relationship, your needs and goals are the priority. I have worked with issues such as current and past trauma, self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, and other life adjustments. I have a strong sense of hope for empowering you to discover small insights that will lead to positive change.

What you can expect from me

Ideally, I want you to find comfort and encouragement in therapy; however, sometimes opening emotional wounds and facing fears can be uncomfortable before it gets better. I hope to support you through the work you will be doing to achieve your goals. The fact that you have chosen to participate in therapy, shows that you have the courage to take that step forward.
