Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed therapist with 17 years of experience working with children and adults from all walks of life, struggling with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health conditions. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings and have training in multiple evidence-based therapies and trauma treatments. I truly love helping individuals bust through feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem and am comfortable working with almost any treatment need.

My approach to therapy

I understand that life is complex and meet everyone with an ability to be non-judgemental and empathetic. I view counseling as a trusting partnership in which we explore your values, hopes, and dreams for the future, while identifying and removing the current roadblocks preventing you from getting there.

What you can expect from me

Helping individuals improve their sense of value and self-worth is always my priority. That said, the goals of treatment will always be set by you. I'm here as a guide to offer new skills, strategies, and perspectives for improved wellbeing. It takes an incredible amount of courage to trust someone with the most intimate and painful pieces of your life. If I'm able to work with you, rest assured that I have the willingness and the emotional capacity to hold space for whatever is burdening you.
