Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the field with adults and couples for the last 6 years. I have worked with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual identity issues, and addiction. There is not a population of people I feel uncomfortable working with.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is a combination of psychodynamic, humanistic, and solution-focused therapy. I am an EMDR trained therapist, which has been an instrumental tool in working with individuals suffering from trauma such as loss of a loved one or rape. For more information on EMDR follow this link: https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/ I would describe my counseling style as non-judgmental, genuine, warm, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to help you meet your goals, while becoming obsolete. I want you to be able to live your life as free as possible and no longer have a need for me. I will help you get to wherever you need to go, whether that's a better sense of self, better work ethic, or lower depressive or anxious levels. I am also here if you just need an unbiased 3rd party listen to your issues in a confidential setting.
