Great to meet you!

Before all else, my respect to you for taking this self-empowering step toward healing!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 11 years of experience. I work with adolescents and adult individuals and couples, treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and other mental health issues and disorders.

Building rapport is essential to having a positive therapeutic experience. I bring unconditional regard and a non- judgmental, sincere commitment to supporting you in therapy.

My approach to therapy

You can expect a safe and respectful space as we address the challenges of your life experiences, your relationships, current stressors, and life transitions. Diversity is key to my ethic and practice.

I have extensive experience in cognitive behavior therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, among others.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and empathic, helping you to improve your current situations and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

My role is to join you on your journey to gaining insight and skills for use in better managing your relationship with yourself and others. My purpose is to assist you in processing your thoughts and feelings, identifying and understanding what is blocking your progress toward peace and harmony in living.
