Great to meet you!

I have been working with adolescents, adults and families for over 15 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I use evidence-based techniques from both Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential to rise above their struggles and lead a fulfilling life. I will focus on identifying your strengths and help you sort through areas that are difficult for you. I will strive to help you develop practical strategies to navigate life more effectively.

What you can expect from me

You can expect active listening without judgment, kindness, honesty, gentleness and validation. My goal as your therapist is to develop a relationship with you. To validate you and to challenge you in the best way. I will assist you in exploring and understanding your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe and supportive space. I will work alongside of you on your journey of personal growth.
