Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Paula, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over two decades of experience. Navigating life’s complex transitions, stress, and trauma can require support. My background spans deep clinical therapy, youth and family advocacy, and higher education crisis support. I work extensively with youth and adults ages 6 to 65, providing an inclusive, safe, and culturally aware environment where you can feel fully seen.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is inherently holistic, person-centered, and strength-based. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I collaborate with you to create highly tailored, individualized treatment paths. I heavily integrate trauma-informed care with unique, nature-rooted grounding practices. This approach honors your personal history while helping you tap into your natural resilience.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to explain the basics to me. You can start where you actually are. In our sessions, you will gain practical, active tools to handle anxiety and emotional distress. You will walk away with a deeper sense of self-awareness and sustainable emotional grounding strategies. Together, we will shift the focus from merely surviving to unleashing your true potential.
