Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong foundation in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. My clinical experience spans across psychiatric diagnosis and treatment, medication management, and holistic mental health care for diverse populations. I have worked extensively with individuals managing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and neurocognitive disorders, as well as those experiencing chronic illness and end-of-life care.

With advanced training and board certifications in both Psychiatric-Mental Health (ANCC) and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (AANP), I bring a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment. I provide evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic interventions, ensuring that each patient receives tailored and compassionate care.

My goal is to bridge the gap between primary care and mental health services, increasing access to psychiatric care through telehealth and reducing barriers to treatment. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or medication management, I am here to collaborate with you on your journey toward mental wellness.

I look forward to working with you!

When working with me, clients can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. My goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate space that promotes open dialogue about symptoms, concerns, and treatment options.

During our sessions, we will focus on:

  • Personalized Treatment Planning – Developing strategies tailored to your unique needs, whether through medication management, psychotherapy, or lifestyle adjustments.
  • Clarity & Understanding – Helping you gain insight into your mental health conditions and treatment options so you feel informed and in control of your care.
  • Symptom Management & Improvement – Working together to track progress, adjust treatment as needed, and find effective solutions for challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders.
