Great to meet you!

Therapy can be a safe space to explore your story and create new endings to former troubling life events and circumstances. Events that keep you stuck in cycles of disappointment and pain.

I worked collaboratively with clients to provide an empathic, non-judgmental space to process your concerns and develop a plan to overcome challenges. Therapy sessions are tailored to your unique goals.

My approach to therapy

I have had the privilege of partnering with clients for over 10 years and have treated an array of conditions. Such as but not limited to complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, substance abuse, divorce, domestic violence, co-occurring disorders, and life-altering events.

I utilize a holistic approach that incorporates evidence-based treatment, such as trauma-informed modalities: EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ego Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Interventions, and a variety of additional modalities tailored to your specific treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your concerns and challenges. In our sessions, we will focus on your unique goals and develop a personalized plan to help you overcome obstacles and move toward healing and personal growth.
