Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional with a private practice in MA, and licensed in Maine. I specialize in co-morbid disorders, such as; anxiety, depression, women's transitional issues, and trauma. Assisting with transitional and family issues, such as; divorce, parenting, and grief. Providing supportive coaching, CBT, Gestalt, and self- empowerment. I am Trained in ART, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which has been very successful with PTSD, self-esteem, & anxiety.

I'm enthusiastic and holistic in my approach to serving people search deeper into the reasons why they're performing the way they do and how to better improve their daily ADLs. I serve those with a multitude of issues, such as; transitional, chronic illness, major depression, ADD, and parent-child relations. I am certified A.R.T. I encompass a holistic approach towards mind, body, and soul development.

People should be able to take away a better connection with themselves, a spiritual influence that has positive regard and enthusiastic connectedness. To promote change in a positive coaching way with assertiveness to ones goals and achievements in mind, being flexible with what folks need in the very challenging world.
