Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Masters degree in Social Work in December 2000. I live a life that is based on self-loving compassion, kindness and gratitude. I strive to embody the teachings I share with others. I hold a strong belief in the importance of living in the present moment. I resonate deeply with the idea that "to dwell in the past is to miss out on the present." I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, addictions, anger and also provide couples therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to helping others is rooted in the values of acceptance, transformation, and self-compassion. I draw upon traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). My approaches are guided by principles of self-love, acceptance, change, forgiveness, kindness, and gratitude.

What you can expect from me

A very kind and compassionate approach and someone who is a good listener and can provide clear, caring, honest feedback and straight forward guidance, solution focused guidance.
