Perla Lay

My name is Perla and I am an LCPC who graduated from WVU and Washington Adventist University. I focus on identity, anxiety, adhd, and adjustment disorders. I use an eco therapy (nature based), solution focus, strength based, and creativity with play therapy.

I prefer interactive activities especially in the outdoors, art/ creative applications as well.

Identifying strengths, building towards an ideal life, building strong social connections, increased self esteem.
