I have been practicing since 2017 and licensed in NC since 2022. I have been working mostly in a community mental health setting and have experience in a wide array of mental health diagnoses but I specialize in grief/bereavement, trauma and life transitions. I also provide therapy fully in Spanish.
I believe that you are the expert on yourself but I am here to support and affirm you along the way. My therapy style is warm and empathetic but also solution focused and direct. I don't only listen but I empower you along the way.
I will be fully present and attentive to you, sensitive to what you are relaying and getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. Before the end of the session, I will be able to tell you how I can help.
